Supply and Provisioning
C & M Solutions is capable of purchasing inventory and warehouse management, shipping & receiving, vendor/supplier contract agreement negotiations, production and material flow scheduling, and freight and cartage scheduling. In particular, past experience has been inclusive of providing metrics, materials and report programs for unused property for resale such as aircraft including and similar to the F-14, C130, P3, H2, F18, T2, and A7.
Developed and maintained work relationship with key personnel to include existing and potential customers and support system. C & M also has experience in management, accounting and logistics FMS (foreign military sales). Extensive experience in FMF (foreign military financing) ERP/DoDSAP (supply administration procurement), FAR DFARS/SIGMA/Navy ERP, PID’S, Government Contracts and Government Accounting.
Program Support
C & M Solutions interfaces with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of customer goals. We interact with and advice customers by applying specific program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise in the execution of routine and non-routine tasks. C&M team responsibly interacts and provides technical assessment to customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of program management tasks.
We analyze requirements, interface with other professionals to generate program documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instructions/procedures and/or related material. C & M Solutions can analyze and track project budgets, schedules and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings to the customer.
Administrative Support
C & M is highly capable of performing high level executive duties employing personnel inclusive of procurement specialists, human resource specialists and travel coordinators. All records utilized and managed in a confidential nature for government contract and proprietary data and property management use only. Preparation of reports, letters, emails and financial documents utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database knowledge utilizing Microsoft Suite including; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook and other computer programs. Responsibly can generate, analyze and deliver semi-monthly, monthly and fiscal financial reports. Prior experience include management of a 5 million dollar Engagement Control Team for NAVAIR Sigma ERP.
