TMI has a comprehensive Corporate ISO 9001 Quality System that is used for all design, development, production, installation, and servicing projects undertaken by the company. This system has been in effect since 1999 and was approved for ISO 9000 registration in October 2000 and for ISO 9000-2000 registration in 2003. The quality system is documented and accessed by the TMI Corporate Intranet. TMI received the 2002 Black Enterprise “BE 100s” in Industrial Service, the Outstanding United Defense LP Supplier Award and is the recipient of the 2003 GSA Heartland Region Industry Partner Group Award.
TMI’s corporate office is located in Huntsville, Alabama and is cleared at a Top Secret level. TMI has regional offices throughout the United States. Our facilities include office space for over 300 employees at several sites in the Huntsville area as well as office sites in Atlanta, GA, Montgomery, AL., Lawton, OK., and other sites across the United States. TMI (Huntsville) has video teleconferencing capabilities.
Tec-Masters has the equipment, experience and the expertise to produce quality video and animation for broadcast, historical documentation, industrial, marketing military/DOD, and training videos. The studio facilities include an acoustical narration booth, indoor studio and set designs, an analog linear editing suite, and two digital, non-linear editing suites. Tec-Masters is certified as a Qualified Video Producer by the Department of Defense Federal Audiovisual Management Office. Our certification number is 26500.
In addition to complete suites of Microsoft software, TMI has numerous graphics, CAD, database, modeling, and simulation software packages. TMI currently has SLIM, PRICE-S, IADS, POWERLOG, and COMPASS software furnished as GFE for on going tasks. TMI uses the DELTEK Accounting System as a fully integrated accounting and information system that has been reviewed and approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency, Huntsville.
