Vinson Xavier Palathingal, President and CEO

Vinson is responsible for company's strategic vision and development of ideas. Vinson provides the professional leadership to the management team to translate the vision into result orientation with business objectives always in sight.

Prior to AMARAM, Vinson held positions as Business Systems Technologist (FannieMae, Washington DC), Programmer/ Analyst (Metro Washington Council of Governments), Consultant (KITCO, formerly, the Technology Consulting Division of Industrial Development Bank of India), and Project Engineer (Gulf Road, Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia).

Vinson has Masters (University of Nevada, Reno) and Bachelors (Calicut University, Kerala, India) degrees in Civil Engineering. Outside of AMARAM, Vinson is actively involved in community and outreach voluntary organizations in the Washington DC area.

Douglas D. Fulmer, Vice President, Business Development

Doug’s responsibilities as VP, Business Development, include market analysis, strategic planning, account management strategies and creating strategic relationships. Doug has also served as Vice President for Business Development for MailSurity Systems, Inc., a software developer and digital mail consulting firm.

Doug has spent twenty-five years in technology marketing and business development. He served as Director, Civilian Agencies for AT&T Federal Systems, CEO of FMG Consulting, and Vice President-Business Development for Zion Networks, LLC and Chairman of the InteGuard Physical Security Alliance. Doug is a frequent industry conference speaker and seminar leader, including presentations for AbilityOne, Security Industry Association (SIA), Government Security Conference (GOVSEC), Information Security Conference (INFOSEC), SprintÂ’s University of Excellence, the Retail Information Systems Conference (RISCON), and SuperComm.

Abdul M. Mills Tahir-Akinyele, VP, West Africa Operations

Abdul is in charge of Amaram's West Africa Operations. He has his BS degree from UK, MBA (Technology Management) and MS (Information Technology) from USA. With total of twenty-one years of IT experience that consist of sixteen-plus years in developing high performance enterprise applications with a demonstrated track record of delivering releases on time with excellent quality, he overseas our business development as well as operations in the West African nations of Ghana, Nigeria and Liberia. His professional domains include ORACLE PeopleSoft HR/Financials, Lotus Notes and Gupta SQLWindows Centura Team Developer Tools.

Breeze Johny, Director, Business Development

Breeze spearheads the Federal Business Development efforts of Amaram. He has over 8 years of Business Development experience focused on global high end Information Technology markets and Brand Management. An innovative, analytical and strategic leader he has honed his skills in project, program and product management.Mr. Johny has a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Masters in Business Administration in Systems and Marketing from Cochin University of Science & Technology.

Jenson Jose, Director, Operations

In this capacity, he oversees aspects of the company's domestic and international operations, including corporate services and operations. He advises the company in strategic business initiatives and key corporate planning and makes recommendations on major business decisions. Mr. Jose oversees the implementation of an effective business organization to build critical competencies and organizational values. He has done his Masters and Bachelors degrees in Computer Applications from India.
