Vinson Xavier Palathingal, President and CEO
Vinson loves to think outside the box for business solutions. He adopts a critical approach in problem solving, bordering sometimes on the abstract. Vinson believes that this approach enables clients to "Do IT Right" the first time and therefore saves time and resources in the future. As the founder of AMARAM, Vinson instills a no-nonsense, roll-up-your-sleeves approach in providing competent IT solutions to complex business problems.
Vinson is responsible for company's strategic vision and development of ideas. Vinson provides the professional leadership to the management team to translate the vision into result orientation with business objectives always in sight.
Prior to AMARAM, Vinson held positions as Business Systems Technologist (FannieMae, Washington DC), Programmer/ Analyst (Metro Washington Council of Governments), Consultant (KITCO, formerly, the Technology Consulting Division of Industrial Development Bank of India), and Project Engineer (Gulf Road, Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia).
Vinson has Masters (University of Nevada, Reno) and Bachelors (Calicut University, Kerala, India) degrees in Civil Engineering. Outside of AMARAM, Vinson is actively involved in community and outreach voluntary organizations in the Washington DC area.
Douglas D. Fulmer, Vice President, Business Development
Dougs responsibilities as VP, Business Development, include market analysis, strategic planning, account management strategies and creating strategic relationships. Doug has also served as Vice President for Business Development for MailSurity Systems, Inc., a software developer and digital mail consulting firm.
Doug has spent twenty-five years in technology marketing and business development. He served as Director, Civilian Agencies for AT&T Federal Systems, CEO of FMG Consulting, and Vice President-Business Development for Zion Networks, LLC and Chairman of the InteGuard Physical Security Alliance. Doug is a frequent industry conference speaker and seminar leader, including presentations for AbilityOne, Security Industry Association (SIA), Government Security Conference (GOVSEC), Information Security Conference (INFOSEC), Sprints University of Excellence, the Retail Information Systems Conference (RISCON), and SuperComm.
Breeze Johny, Director Business Development
Mr. Johny, joined Amaram in 2007 as the Director of Business Development. In this capacity, he spearheads the Federal Business team, directly reporting to the President & CEO. An extensive professional networker, Breeze is in charge of Marketing and Business Development efforts to forge strategic alliances with other partners of repute.
He has over 8 years of Business Development experience focused on global high end Information Technology markets and Brand Management. An innovative, analytical and strategic leader he has honed his skills in project, program and product management.
A very strong planner and implementer with impeccable follow-through skills, he is always on the lookout for the hidden rather than the obvious, there by bringing in newer avenues of ensuring accelerated business growth. With his flair for multi tasking, he is highly focused on hitting the top line numbers while never letting the business team loose sight of the bottom-line.
Mr. Johny has a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Masters in Business Administration in Systems and Marketing from Cochin University of Science & Technology.
Jenson Jose, Director of Operations
Mr. Jose joined Amaram's India operations as a Programmer/Analyst in 2000. In 2005 Mr. Jose moved to Washington DC, as Director of Operations. In this capacity, he oversees aspects of the company's domestic and international operations, including corporate services and operations.
He advises the President and CEO on strategic business initiatives and key corporate planning and makes recommendations on major business decisions. Mr. Jose, along with the President and CEO oversees the implementation of an effective business organization to build critical competencies and organizational values.
Mr. Jose has done his Masters (Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu, India) and Bachelors (Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India) degrees in Computer Applications. He is a solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience in Microsoft technologies. He is a dedicated, self-motivated and an achievement oriented individual who is committed to success in a multi dimensional environment.
