Vinson
loves to think outside the box for business solutions.
He adopts a critical approach in problem solving,
bordering sometimes on the abstract.
Vinson believes that this approach enables clients to
"do it right" the first time and therefore saves
time and resources in the future. As the founder of AMARAM,
Vinson instills a no-nonsense, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
in providing complete IT solutions to complex business
problems.
Vinson
founded AMARAM in 1998 with a focus on client/server
computing; web-based applications and design services were
added later. Vinson is responsible for company's strategic
vision and development of ideas. Vinson also provides
direction, motivation, energy and professional leadership to
the management team to translate the vision into
results-focused and profitable policies and programs. Vinson
is directly overseeing the marketing and business development
efforts to obtain both government and private sector
businesses; and maintains an extensive professional network
resulting in strategic alliances with other reputed companies
and remarkably satisfied customers.
Prior
to AMARAM, Vinson held positions as Business Systems
Technologist (FannieMae, Washington DC), Programmer/Analyst
(Metro Washington Council of Governments), Consultant (KITCO,
formerly, the Technology Consulting Division of Industrial
Development Bank of India), and Project Engineer (Gulf Road,
Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia).
Vinson
has Masters (University of Nevada, Reno) and Bachelors (Calicut
University, Kerala, India) degrees in Civil Engineering.
Outside of AMARAM, Vinson is actively involved in community and outreach voluntary organizations in
the Washington DC area.
Burton Linne,
Business Development Director
US
Air Force 8 years veteran which included 2 years of the Korean
War. McNeese University- Lake Charles LA, Illinois Institute
of Technology-Chicago, IL. Business Administration and
Business Engineering, Manufacturing Process Engineering,
Electromechanical Designer. Produced an original access
control and accounting system using the first integrated
Central Processing Unit made by Intel for use on large Xerox,
IBM and Kodak copy machines that was bought by all federal
government departments as a cost control technology. This
product line was on GSA/FSS Schedule 36IV for 12 years as
negotiated each year by Linne.
Jenson Jose,
Operations Director
Mr.
Jose
joined Amaram's India operations as a Programmer/Analyst in
2000. In 2005 Mr. Jose moved to Washington DC, and was
appointed the Operations Director. In this capacity, Mr. Jose
oversees aspects of the company's domestic and international
operations, including corporate services, operations and sales
& marketing services. He advises the President and CEO on
strategic business development and key corporate planning
issues and makes recommendations on major business decisions.
Mr. Jose, together with the President and CEO oversees the
implementation of an effective business organization to build
critical core competencies and organizational values.
Mr. Jose has Masters (Bharathidasan University, TamilNadu,
India) and Bachelors (Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala,
India) degrees in Computer Applications. Mr. Jose is
solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience in
Microsoft technologies. He is a dedicated, self-motivated
achiever who is committed to success and adept at juggling
multiple tasks in a high-pressured environment.
Ligeo George,
Technology Innovations Director
Ligeo
George joined Amaram as an Embedded Systems Architect in 2004
and currently serves as the Technology Innovations Director.
Mr. George has been instrumental in defining and reengineering
of the business processes within the company. Mr. George
manages the company's long- term strategic technological
vision, and ensures that Amaram clients can leverage the
process and the technology edge that the company strives to
achieve continuously. He also is responsible for establishing
and directing for Amaram's internal system needs to
accomplish its business needs.
Mr.
George started his career as a software engineer with Cisco
Systems and later joined Symbol Technologies. Prior to joining
Amaram, Mr. George was serving as a lead software engineer at
Symbol Technologies.
Mr.
George has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer
Science (with Honors) from the reputed Motilal Nehru National
Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, India.
