1. Plan
This is the foundation of our process and is also referred
to as the information gathering stage, where preliminary
questions are discussed and summarized in a proposal or
estimate. The project team members including the Technical,
Creative, Project Management and quality assurance staffs
are designated at this stage.
2.Design
A Statement of Work is generated at this stage and these
details serve as a guide through the rest of the project.
An extensive plan is developed that takes into account the
core functionalities, components, intricacies and problems
that must be realized or solved.
3.Build
Technical and graphical components and overall Creative
design of the web site or system are built in accordance
with the design.
4.Test
Control testing performed by the Quality Assurance Team.
This ensures that testing has been completed in accordance
with the Test Plan and all system components are integrated
and functioning properly.
5. Deploy
Install applications and implement processes. Hand over
project to client, celebrate success, and close the project.
